The American English Academy (which means The American English Academy and their associated companies) is committed to protecting your privacy when you use our on-line, telephone or other services. In this policy we explain how and why we collect your information, what we do with it and what controls you have over our use of it.

From time to time, we add or change functions, features or products to our Web Sites or add or change our services which we offer. As we are committed in protecting the privacy of your personal information, this may result in periodic changes to this Privacy Policy. What data do we collect and how do we use it? The American English Academy collects and processes information about you in order to:
(i) process orders or applications submitted by you;
(ii) improve our Services and Web Sites
(iii) for services that may require a login, to identify you after login in order to provide the service;
(iv) carry out research on the demographics, interests and behavior of all of our customers; and
(v) send you information we think you may find useful, including information about new products and services offered by us.

Log files/IP addresses, when you visit our web site, we automatically log your IP address (the unique address which identifies your computer on the internet) which is automatically recognized by our web server. We use IP addresses to help us administer our web site and to collect broad demographic information for aggregate use. We do not link IP addresses to personally identifiable information.

Non personal information, we may automatically collect non-personal information about you such as the type of internet browsers you use or the site from which you linked to our web site. You cannot be identified from this information and it is only used to assist us in providing an effective service on our web site. We may from time to time supply the owners or operators of third party sites from which it is possible to link to our web site with information relating to the number of users linking to our web site from their sites. However, you cannot be identified from this information.

Use of Cookies, cookies are pieces of information that a web site transfers to your hard drive to store and sometimes track information about you. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but if you prefer, you can change your browser's options to prevent that. With whom is the information shared, The American English Academy will not share, sell or rent your personal information to third parties. However, we may disclose small part of your personal information, only if you request us do so, to allow our third party suppliers perform their service for you or your child on our behalf.

Security, The American English Academy places a great importance on the security of all information associated with our customers. We have security measures in place to attempt to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of customer data under our control. Only authorized personnel have access to user information. With regards to our web sites, we use secure server software to encrypt the information you input before it is sent to us. While we cannot ensure or guarantee that loss, misuse or alteration of data will not occur, we use our best efforts to prevent this.

Where is the information stored? information which you submit via our web site or our telephone services is stored on a computer located in the European Economic Area. This is necessary in order to process the information and to send you any information you have requested. If you use our web site while you are outside the European Economic Area, your information may be transferred outside the European Economic Area in order to provide you with those services.

Freedom of Information, upon written request in English language which is legalized by an accredited notary service, the American English Academy or its representatives will inform you in writing what personal data is stored by us as defined by European law. Should such data be incorrect, we will at your request correct that information for you.
