Enrollments are accepted ONLY, upon completion of the following documents and pre-payment of the non-refundable fees, (additional fee, capital fee, registration fee and textbooks). Some students may be required to take an assessment test. In addition to these documents, the following are also necessary:

Passport-size picture;

Copy of passport or birth certificate;

Immunization records translated in Bulgarian (Regulation No. 15, 2005 on Immunizations in the Republic of Bulgaria, State Gazette No. 45, 2005 for Bulgarian students and Immunization Records for foreign students);

Health-prophylaxis card completed by a Bulgarian GP;

Grade 2 - Grade 12 Enrollment

Prior educational records officially translated into English. Records should include the subjects taken, the grades earned, and the record of attendance. High school candidates must present record from their previous high school years. These documents will be included in the student's personal file.

For enrollment in the Kindergarten only

(Please also provide, in compliance with Regulation No. 3 on February 5, 2007 on Kindergarten Health Requirements published in State Gazette No. 15 from 2007, the following documentation:)

Copy of the students' Birth Certificate;

Single negative result of a pathogenous intestinal bacteria and intestinal parasites test performed not earlier than 15 days prior to the child entering kindergarten;

Blood and urine tests performed within one week prior to the child entering kindergarten;

Data from the general practitioner for the child's immunization status in compliance with the provisions of Regulation No. 15 from 2005 on Immunization Records for foreign students;

Medical Certificate from the general practitioner confirming the lack of contact with a person suffering from an infectious disease issued not earlier than 3 days prior to the child entering kindergarten;

Failure to complete the following enrollment forms and provide the supporting documentation will delay the enrolment procedure.
